She is survived by: her husband Clinton Otis Smith, Sr.; her granddaughter Maureen S. (David); her children, Briana Alexander (Matt), Chelci Chappelear (Nick) and Cassandra "Sandy" Bialek (David); her grandchildren, Samantha Bodenstine (Henry), Casey Gibbons (Brendan) and Brady Bialek (Pamela Polec); her son Clinton "Boo" Otis Smith, Jr. (Kristi); her grandchildren, Kaylie and Brodie Smith; her son Gavin Smith (Lauren); her grandchildren, Mason, Gavinson and Madeleine Smith; her children, Devin Smith and Kevin Smith (Rebecca); her grandchildren, Cassidy Conover, Peyton Conover and Karoline Smith; and her great grandchildren, William Bodenstine, Vivian Bodenstine, Isla Chappelear, James Gibbons, Navy Alexander, Luca Chappalear, Cora Gibbons and Banks Alexander. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (5125 Grandview Rd, Hanover, PA 17331).
