He was predeceased by: his parents, David Frank Hill and Eva Caroline Wyatt Hill; his wife June S. Hill; and his siblings, Herbert Hill, Elva Davis, Mary Hill, Edith Hill, Jack Hill, Rebecca Davis, Robert Hill and Walter Hill.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy Keith Hill (Sharon) of North Pole, AK, Lisa Ann Stahler (Michael) of New Freedom, Amanda "Mandy" Smith (Brent) of Hanover and Katherine Marie Rinehart (Owen) of Hanover; and his foster son Bryan Taylor. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and 22 great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hope Baptist Church (6450 Hope Way, Hanover, PA 17331). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Susquehanna Memorial Gardens (250 Chestnut Hill Rd, York, PA 17402).
