He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Gregory and Miriam Gregory Sr. (Blake); and his brothers, Jess Jr., Kenny and Calvin.

He is survived by: his wife Belva Gregory (Galentine); his children, Edward Gregory (Kim), Tina Gregory, Lisa Buchwitz (Dale) and Penny Hynd (Tom); and his siblings, Daniel (Connie), Iona Beck, Laura Lee of Patton, PA, Emma Baum of Flinton, PA and Becky Queen of Irvona, PA. He is also survived by several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
