He was predeceased by: his parents, David Allen and Margaret Allen (Johnston). He is survived by: his wife Neva Gustin; his children, Paul Allen (Arlene) of Granville Summit, Penny McCallum (Jeff), Carla Dee Allen and Carl Allen (Lori) of Granville Summit; his grandchildren, Sadie, Charlie (Brittany), Ike and Seth Allen; and his great grandchild Paul Elam Allen.
