He was predeceased by: his father Philip Shepard Sr.; his grandson Aiden Shepard; and his grandparents, Merwin and Norma Smiley. He is survived by: his mother Donna Shepard (Smiley); his wife Penny Anderson; his children, Janna Dibble (Thad) and Kyle Shepard (Amanda); his grandchildren, Khloe, Connor, Payton and Wynter; his siblings, Philip Shepard Jr., Deanna Bolt (Dale), Jenny Buck (Art) and Timothy Shepard; and his uncle Dean Smiley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
