He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred "Shorty" Ritts and Alberta "Bertie" Ritts (Whitling); and his sisters, Betty Hall (Fred) and Pat Latshaw (Larry). He is survived by: his wife Cheri; his children, Kurt Ritts (April Maynard) of Towanda, Colleen Ritts of Canton and Julie Ritts (Jack Wheeler) of Monroeton; his grandchildren, Kalie Blumenauer (Mike) and Cortney Ritts; his great grandchildren, Ava of Towanda and Ivy Blumenauer of Towanda; his daughter Lori Buchanon of Canton; and his sister-in-law Joyce Ritts of Seneca. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
