It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Marie Forrest of Granville Summit, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 9, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Forrest and Naomi Forrest (Porter); her siblings, James Forrest, Jr., David Forrest, Lorraine Geiger and Donna Brass; and her nephew Daniel Stroud.
She is survived by: her sisters, Eunice Wilston and Pearl Stroud; her siblings-in-law, Sally Forrest and Richard Brass; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kayla, Carlee, Seth and Ethan.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Troy (579 Canton St, Troy, PA 16947). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her honor to the First Baptist Church of Troy, 579 Canton Street, Troy, PA 16947.
