He was predeceased by: his parents, Clair A. Koppenhaver Sr. and Martha M. Bixler; and his grandmother Kate Koppenhaver. He is survived by: his wife Bernice Koppenhaver (Erdman); his children, Terry (Meg), Dave (Bev), Keith Koppenhaver (Michelle) and Lisa Lenker (Denny); his grandchildren, Janine, Dustin (Autumn), Tyler, Drake (McKaila), Cameron (Travis) and Lea; his great grandchild Hudson Clair; and his siblings, William, Dorothy, Joan and Leroy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the James A. Reed Funeral Home (137 Market St, Pillow, PA 17080).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Gratz Area Fire Company and Gratz Parks and Recreation.
