She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Hawbaker and Bessie; her husband Robert James Higgins; her daughter Carmel Monique Higgins; her grandchild Chrissy Ann Barnes; and her siblings, Don Schaeffer, Louis Kuhn, Bernice Hite, Merle Hawbaker and Melvin Hawbaker.
She is survived by: her daughters, Bonnie Jean Cordell (Bill), Cynthia Roberta Felix (Dave) and Misty Renee Stenger (Mike); and her grandchildren, Billi Jo Banks, Mark Cordell, Jenniffer Barnes and Austin Stoler. She is also survived by 4 step-grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, 4 step- great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandson.
