He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel S. Hager and Helen C. Hager (Higgins); his sons, Allen R. Hager and Gregory W. Hager; and his great grandchild Kyra Stoner.
He is survived by: his wife Helen E. Hager (Crist); his children, Donald K. Hager, Jr. (Jeff Watson) of Waynesboro, PA, Stephen E. Hager (Peggy) of Pasadena, MD, Curtis K. Hager (LuAnn) of Clay Hill, PA and Crystal D. Statler of Greencastle, PA.; and his brother Karl H. Hager of Marion, PA. He is also survived by four granddaughters, three grandsons, nine great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren.
