It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward R. Doyle of Greencastle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 2, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lena K. Doyle and John L. Doyle; and his siblings, Phyllis Bonebrake, Betty Monn, Katheryn Cook, Marie Toms, John C. Doyle and Walter "Buck" Doyle.
He is survived by: his wife Gladys; his son Craig Doyle (Diana); his grandsons, Cody Doyle (Brittany) of Greencastle and Jared Doyle (Reagan) of Greencastle; his great grandchildren, Chandler, Nash, Holland and Acre; and his sister Pauline Buhrman of West Virginia.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Rescue Hose Company No. 1, Greencastle, PA.
