He was predeceased by: his father Howard D. Bingaman; his stepfather Welty F. Benedict; and his grandson Jared Bingaman. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. "Pat" Bingaman (Berger); his sons, Jeff Bingaman (Deb), Stacey Bingaman, Scott Bingaman (Gayle) and Chris Bingaman (Theresa); his grandchildren, Josh, Lindsay, Alyssa, Mark, Jordan, Autum, Luke, Taylor, Kaitlyn, Sydney and Conner; and his great-uncle William "Bill" Andrews. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Hollowell Brethren in Christ Church (14807 Hollowell Church Rd, Waynesboro, PA 17268). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Parklawns Memorial Gardens (3218 Philadelphia Ave, Chambersburg, PA 17201).
