He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Kozain and Margaret Kozain (Benson); and his daughter Janice Fries. He is survived by : his wife Sophia Kozain (Holodnik); his sons, Alan Kozain of Greencastle, PA and Bryan Kozain (Cathy) of Quincy, PA; his grandchildren, Brianne Duell (Derek), Dori Kozain, Jason, Alycia and Andrea Fries; and his great grandchildren, Aleah and Blakely. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
