He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin F. Stout and Gertrude Flugum Stout; and his brothers, Milton Stout of Albert Lea, MN and Roger Stout of Lake Belton, TX.. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Stout (Ward); his children, Jeffrey (Tammy), Lori Ann (Kirk Thibault) and Andrew Stout (Shawn); his grandchildren, Janie Mills (Jon), Rachel Watson (Mitch), Alan Thibault (Maria), Joshua Stout, Megan Stout and Opal Stout; and his great grandchildren, Sophia, Cooper and Jackson. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
