She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward K. and Mary E. Smith (Billman); and her siblings, Donald Baker, Buck Baker, Kenneth Smith and Margot "Sis" Rhatigan.
She is survived by: her husband Terry Lee Balsley; her children, Michael W. Balsley, Sr. (Wendy) of Waynesboro, PA and Tammy L. Snyder (William) of Greencastle; her grandchildren, Michael Balsley, Jr. (Autumn) of Chambersburg, Ryan Balsley (Christine) of Waynesboro, Landen and Trenton Balsley of Waynesboro; her great grandchild Aurora Balsley of Chambersburg; and her sister Patricia "Bootie" Tedrick of Maugansville, MD. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Miller-Bowersox Funeral Home (521 S Washington St, Greencastle, PA 17225). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
