She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Kendle and Mary Kendle (Kuhn); and her husband John C. Helfrick, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, John C. Helfrick, Jr. (Vivian) of San Diego, CA, Carla Harbaugh (Brian) of Greencastle, PA, Rodney Helfrick (Mary) of Mercersburg, PA and David Helfrick of Greencastle, PA. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; six siblings and many nieces and nephews.
