Ray Allen Palmer Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ray Allen Palmer of Greencastle, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 17, 2026 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil Herman Palmer and Goldie Catherine Palmer (Hill); and his wife Ruth Ellen Palmer (Smith). He is survived by: his children, Scott A. Palmer (Dawn) of Greencastle and Renee L. Goodwin (Brian) of Greencastle; his grandchildren, Rachel Hostler (Cole), Meghin Boryan (Christopher), Jake Statler (Brooke), Marissa Palmer and Madee Goodwin; his great grandchildren, Maisie, Josie, Marlie Hostler, Harper, Ellie Boryan, Teagan, Adalynn and Baylor Statler; and his brothers, Glen Palmer, Stanley Palmer (Brenda) and Lynn Palmer. He is also survived by nieces and nephews as well as a host of extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Men's Work Group at Tri-State Fellowship Church, 13153 Cearfoss Pike, Hagerstown, MD 21740.
