He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Porter and Pearl R. Petrosky Porter; and his brother William C. Porter (Gerald Porter). He is survived by: his children, Holly M. Newell (Heath) of Shippensburg, Bob D. Porter of Shippensburg, Alison E. West (Andre) of Mt. Holly Springs, Anthony R. "Tony" Porter (Jill) of Mt. Holly Springs and Alex J. Porter (Heather Shive) of Mt. Holly Springs. He is also survived by six grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
