He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kenneth Rohrbaugh and Mary Rohrbaugh (Brawner); his wife Diane Rohrbaugh (Cook); his children, Leo Meyers, Shawn Monn (Tina), Douglas Monn Jr., Wendy Gates (Steve) and Nichole Monn; and his siblings, Donald Rohrbaugh, Jay Rohrbaugh, Ross Rohrbaugh and Cheryl Rohrbaugh. He was also cherished by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home (725 Norland Ave, Chambersburg, PA 17201). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Mt. Zion Cemetery.
