She is survived by: her children, Stacy Witmer (Phylicia) of Greencastle and Daniel Witmer of Shippensburg, PA; her grandchildren, Ethan Witmer, Alivia Witmer, Danica Witmer, Neviah Witmer, Boaz Witmer, Waylon Witmer and Bryson Witmer; and her siblings, Michelle Bailey, Jr. and Rodney Bailey. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
