He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley D. Bentz (Robinson) of Mercersburg, PA and Paul W. Messner of Hedgesville, WV; his stepfather Charles W. Bentz "Bill" of Mercersburg; his grandparents, Beulah M. Robinson (Starliper) and Roy C. Robinson of Mercersburg, PA; his sisters, Tina A. Messner (Golden) of Saint Thomas, PA and Tonya P. Messner (Pittman); his stepdaughter Heather C. Warren (Stevens); his son-in-law Albert B. Warren of Fayetteville, PA; and his grandchild-in-law Tristan A. Warren.
He is survived by: his wife Katina L. Messner (Burkett); his children, Timothy K. Messner (Tina R. Dean), Tammy S Messner (Galen R. Steele) and Tori D. Messner; his stepchildren, Wilson E. Stevens III, Cory L. Sites, Amber M. Sites, Jason E. Sites, Joshua L. Sites and Joel R. Sites; his grandchildren, Kalob D. Messner, Adlyn E. Messner, Audrey K. Messner, Tommy K. Messner, Brendan L. Messner, Camden W. Steele, Caliber C. L. Mills, Sadie R. Mills, Rhiannon M. Warren, Albert J. Warren, Reid S. Whitt and Jaelynn L. Sites; and his stepchildren, Boston, Marlee, Mickey and Maddy. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In Lieu of Flowers the family would accept donations towards costs and expenses to handle Tim's affairs.
