She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Pahlman and Leona Pahlman (Bero). She is survived by: her husband Gary Shash; her children, Wendy Ludwick of McKeesport, Kimberly Shash of Pittsburgh, Christopher Shash of Monroeville and Amy McDonnell (Greg) of Isanti, MN; and her grandchildren, Brendan, Kaylee, Taylor, Josslyn, Christian, Jameson, Rowan, Finnegan, Tristan, Michael, Quinn and Aidan. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Daniel F. Bekavac Funeral Home and Crematory (4504 Walnut St, McKeesport, PA 15132). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. James Roman Catholic Church (326 S Main St, Pittsburgh, PA 15220). A reception will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Daniel F. Bekavac Funeral Home and Crematory (4504 Walnut St, McKeesport, PA 15132). A rosary will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
