She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard "Rizzo" Hornfeck and Virginia Hornfeck (Gross); her siblings, Leonard "Rizzo" Hornfeck, Barbara Reilly (Hornfeck) and Diane Cote (Hornfeck); and her nephews, Michael Hornfeck and William Reilly.
She is survived by: her sister Linda Hornfeck; her nieces and nephews, Cindy Hornfeck, Susan Yesensky (Hornfeck), Melissa Borrelli (Hornfeck), Lane Hornfeck, Amy Sadeghzadeh, Lee Hornfeck, James Reilly and Timothy Reilly; and her friends, Betty R. McBride, Betsy Burd and Brenda Machesky.
