She is survived by: her husband Russell Chipps Sr.; her children, Kimberly Hall, Angela Chipps, Christina Orsky (John), Carrie Wolfe (Charles) and Russell Chipps Jr. (Ashley); her grandchildren, Aaron, Joshua, Daniel, Andrew, Miranda, Hannah, Nathaniel, Katelynn and Russell III; and her siblings, Thelma Hagner, Clarice Angelo, Candice Angelo, Tammy Angelo, Sullivan Angelo III, Anthony Angelo, David Angelo, Danny Angelo and Christopher. She is also survived by twenty-one great grandchildren.
