He is survived by: his parents, Philip Steven Churilla and Kristina Lynn Deter Churilla; his brother Leo James Churilla; his grandparents, James E., Jr., Brenda Churilla, Patricia Deter and Richard Deter (Karen); his aunts and uncles, Richard Deter, Jr. (Uncle Ricky), Gregory Deter (Uncle Greg), Augusta Deter (Aunt Gussie), Bobbi Jo Deter and Chelsea Churilla Cedeno (Steeven); his cousins, Rosemary Deter and Winika Deter; and his stepuncles, Jeffrey White (Colleen) and Christopher White. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
