He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil F. Simanski Sr. and Avanell E. (Penrod); his siblings, Emil Jr., Ralph and Esther; his brother-in-law Ray Karashin; his parents-in-law, Harvey and Helen Partsch; and his siblings-in-law, Helen, Kenneth Leap, Richard Louis Partsch, Harvey John Partsch, Leora Jean Simanski and Marlene Simanski.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara (Partsch); his son Robert L. Simanski of Mt. Pleasant; his brother Raymond Simanski of Salix; and his sisters-in-law, Evelyn Mae Simanski of New Jersey, Agnes (Bill Wyandt) and Carol Partsch. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
