He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Phillips of Austria and Anna Phillips (Klym) of Austria; his wife Carole; and his siblings, Joseph, Michael, George, Stephen, Harry Jr., Rose and Emma.
He is survived by: his children, Taylor B. Phillips (Eve) of Greensburg and Deirdre K. Lucas (David) of Greensburg; and his grandchildren, Lauren (David) of Greensburg, Charlie Phillips of Greensburg, Paige Settino (Mitch) of Denver and Parker Lucas of Hoboken.
