He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen D. and Mary V. Sukay (Holick); and his brother Jerome T. Sukay. He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey D. Sukay (Nora) of Camarillo, CA, Mark E. Sukay (Joyce) of Mount Pleasant and Brian R. Sukay (Annah) of Greensburg; his friend Joann Sukay; his grandchildren, Erica, Nicholas (Brittany), Laurin, Alec and Gabriella Sukay; his great grandchildren, Olivia, Eli and Kyla Sukay; his brother Timothy P. Sukay (Mary Ann) of Camphill, PA; his sibling's children, Amy Rotert, Greg Sukay and Michael Sukay; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kailee, Rachel Rotert, Allison, Sierra, Calvin and Hudson Sukay.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
