He was predeceased by: his parents, George Mentch and Alberta Mentch (Cramer); his wife Kathy J. Mentch (Wallace); his sister Terry Lee; and his pet Ziggy.
He is survived by: his son Corey (Kaitlin); his grandchildren, Emma Jean and Charlie Wayne; and his sisters, Darlene Loughner (Dave) and Diana Mentch Casen. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and life-long friends.
