He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Hawk (Marks) and Oscar Hawk; and his brother Larry J. Hawk. He is survived by: his son Dennis (Barbara); his granddaughters, Elizabeth, Nicole and Heather; his daughter Renee (Jamal); his grandchildren, Adam, Zachariah and Nadra-Claire; and his siblings, Jeanne Baughman and Kenneth Hawk (Linda). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
