He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Tkacs and Ann Ragancsik Tkacs; his sister Mary Ann Szwedko; and his father-in-law William Farren. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his daughters, Lydia (Seth Haas) and Meredith; his brother John J. Tkacs (Judy); his mother-in-law Grace Farren; his sister-in-law Brigitte Farren Gilroy; and his cousin Kurt Ragancsik.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Grace Church (1001 Mt Pleasant Rd, Greensburg, PA 15601). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Dennis' honor to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson Research or a charity of your choice.
