He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lee Adams Duva; his children, Joseph Duva (Ingrid) and Diane Duva Falo (Mark); and his grandchildren, Megan Falo, Kristina Falo, Katelyn Falo, Nicklas Duva, Isabella Duva and Santino Duva.
