Frances Rambler Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Rambler (Greensburg, Pennsylvania), who passed away on July 16, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Lubiniski and Sophie Lubiniski (Fedoronko); her husband Richard, Sr.; and her grandson Nick McGinnis. She is survived by: her children, Shelly McGinnis (Charlie), Richard L. Rambler, Jr. (Lynn), Cariann Mencer (David) and Christine Gaskey (Ed); her grandchildren, Austin Mencer (Emily), Rachel Hodgkins (Andrew), Renee Humerick (Branden), Justin Mencer (Amber), Ryan McGinnis, Jessica Mencer, Kaitlyn Gaskey and Lindsey Gaskey; her great grandchildren, Lincoln, Henlee, Madilyn, Natalie, Sophia and Hattie; and her sister Alice Pletcher.
