He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Henschel (Kevin) of Latrobe, Ricky C. Baker of Pleasant Unity, Jack D. Baker Jr. of Frenchville and Venesa Kwaczala of Greensburg; his grandchildren, Tyler Baker, Justin Henschel, Chad Henschel and Brittanie Newhouse; his great grandchildren, Kayden, Alex, Katie, Alexa, Skylynn, Isabella, Layla, Liam and Easton; and his siblings, Thomas L. Baker (Carol) of Youngwood and Judy Foster of Colorado.
