He was predeceased by: his parents, Emory Forrai and Victoria Forrai. He is survived by: his sons, James Forrai (Kristy) of Penn, Edward Forrai (Sonya) and Steven Forrai (Julie) of Greensburg; the mother of his children Donna Layhue Kalman of Greensburg; his grandchildren, Steven, Michael, Travis (Ansley), Jake (Nicole), Paige, Cole and Maya; and his sisters, Rose Dallas and Thresa Liddle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
