He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy B. Rule and Vivian Rule (Hallberg); his brothers, Robert Rule and James Rule; his stepdaughter Anita Evans; and his stepgrandson Phillip Evans.
He is survived by: his wife Winona L. "Winnie" Rule (Stickel); his stepchildren, Robert Mancini, Stephen Mancini (Leanndra) and Debra Mancini; his stepgrandchildren, Sam Palmieri (Kate), William Palmieri (Tina), Shelby Mancini, Morgan Mancini, Stephen Mancini, Anthony Mancini and Leanita Mancini; and his sisters, Rebecca Bold (Paul) and Linda Walling (Anderson). He is also survived by several sisters-in-law; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help with John's funeral expenses.
