He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Richard, Joan Sherback of Latrobe and Alfred Novak of Trafford. He is survived by: his girlfriend Taylor Harper; his children, Ariana and Logan; his grandmother Pamela Novak; his parents, Robert Sherback and Danielle Sherback-DeMine (Donald DeMine); his siblings, Joshua, Alex, Jake, Robbie, Sammie, Shannon, Sara and Jazmine; and his nephews, Owen and Tre. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
