He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Kelm and Anna Kelm (Boyd). He is survived by: his son Jason Kelm (Rhonda Juliano); his grandson Jason'Jake'Kelm II (Shayla Swartz); his extended family, Bobby Juliano, Alie Juliano and Adam Kovack; and his siblings, Patty Kelm, Susie Gardner (Jon), Jimmy, David and Gary Kelm. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
