He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peggy" Lightcap Best; his children, Mindy Linsenbigler (Rich), Robert E. Best, IV (Angela) and Sean Patrick Best; his grandchildren, Autumn Albert, Ty Linsenbigler, Owen Linsenbigler, Emilia Best and Robert Edward Best; his sister Rebecca Ann Best; and his nieces and nephews, Sara, Melissa, Drew and Josh.
Should friends desire, memorial donations may be made to the Greensburg Aerobic Center, where members and staff were very good to his special-needs son.
