It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert E. Chappell of Greensburg, Pennsylvania, born in Irwin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 3, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Chappell and Mildred Chappell (Arthurs); his wife Frances Chappell (Dorff); his daughter Denise Marie; and his siblings, George, Jack Chappell, Alice Wilde, Ruth Cecconello, Pearl Minsky and Mary Trautwine.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Lee Chappell (Tina), Kathleen Fedornak (Jim) and William Chappell (Jodi); and his grandchildren, Ashley Chappell, Jake Chappell (Anastasia), Joshua Chappell (Jacqueline), Nathan Fedornak and Chelsea Snyder (Eric). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
