He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Rhody and Rose Rhody (Zern); his former wife Mary (DuBreucq); and his siblings, Barbara Watt and James Rhody.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Flanigan; his children, Robert W. (Daniela), Michael (Sheri), Margaret Gray (Scott), Lawrence (Karen), Timothy (Jody), Peter Flanigan (Christiann), Sean Flanigan (Theresa) and Maryrose Porter (Christopher); his grandchildren, Robert C., Thomas Aebi, Elizabeth Elliott (Andrew), Jessica Revels (Shawn), Adam Gray (Paige), Samantha Casey (Vincent), McKenzie, Anna, Justin, Brandon, Patrick (Jess), Rogue, Kiera Flanigan, Bridie Flanigan, Meaghan Flanigan (Derek), Brenna Flanigan, Maeve Flanigan, Auden Porter and Endymion Porter; and his siblings, Kenneth (Joan), Mary Lou Reber (Dale) and Roseanne Wynn (Wayne). He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
