She was predeceased by: her parents, John M. Markulin and Barbara Markulin; her husband John J. Malec; and her siblings, Catherine Vidunas, Mary Falcon, Helen Markulin, Nicholas, Joseph, John and Francis Markulin.
She is survived by: her stepdaughter Lisa A. Malec of Monroeville; and her brother Thomas Markulin (Ellen) of Cary, N. C.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
