With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stanley R. Burnfield of Greensburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 18, 2025 at the age of 84. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Stanley R. Burnfield to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Burnfield and Artie Burnfield (Hixenbaugh); and his sisters, Leoda Brewer and Noreen Acklin. He is survived by: his wife Sally Burnfield (Hanko); his children, Beth McClure (Tim) of Harrison City and David P. Burnfield (Holly) of Greensburg; his grandchildren, A. J., Niki McClure, Rachael LaQuatra, Rebecca Sider and Adison Hall; and his sister-in-law Karen McDowell (Bruce). He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Leo M. Bacha Funeral Home, Inc. (516 Stanton St, Greensburg, PA 15601). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to South Greensburg Methodist Church, 411 Sheridan Avenue, Greensburg, PA 15601.
