It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Detruf of Greensburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 26, 2025, at the age of 41, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Pamela Detruf (Duckworth). He is survived by: his father Thomas C. Detruf of Jeannette; his wife Jennifer Smolka Detruf; his son Dominic "Dom" Detruf; his sisters, Debra Drylie Stiffey (Randy) of North Huntingdon, Christina Harris (Matt) of Fenton, MI and Maria Detruf Fajt of Monroeville; his parents-in-law, Carla and David Smolka of Greensburg; and his siblings-in-law, Anthony Smolka and Brittany Smolka of Greensburg. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the John V. Graziano Funeral Home Inc. (228 North Dr, Jeannette, PA 15644). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Ascension Church (615 Division St, Jeannette, PA 15644).
