He was predeceased by: his father Warren; his wife Nancy Lash (Small); and his son Thomas Lash. He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Rizzo, David Lash (Dawn) and Kimberly Lash; his grandchildren, Antonia, Heather and Logan; his great grandchildren, Bentley, Marianna and Elena; and his brothers, Jim, Daniel and Thomas Lash. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
