She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Luzar and Ruth Luzar (Maughan); her son Thomas "T. J." Adams; and her brother Joseph Luzar. She is survived by: her husband Thomas E. Adams; her children, JoAnn Szymkowiak (Lee), Ronald Adams (Tami), John Adams (Christine) and Georgiana Hood (Scott); her daughter-in-law Myrna Adams; her grandchildren, Eberley, Tom, Dena, Nick, Max, John Thomas, Alexis and Chloe; her stepgrandchildren, Kayla and Zac; her great grandchildren, Noah, Liam and Mason; and her siblings, Mary Plassio, Kassy Polivka, Ruth Abbate, Vi Waryanka, Marty Luzar, Bill Luzar and Ginny Stepinsky. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Leo M. Bacha Funeral Home, Inc. (516 Stanton St, Greensburg, PA 15601). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 9:00 AM at the St. Paul Parish (820 Carbon Rd, Greensburg, PA 15601).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul Parish.
