He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Vetterl Radkiewicz Orlowski and Alexander Radkiewicz; and his stepfather William Orlowski. He is survived by: his daughter Bethany Piskorski; his son-in-law Jacob Piskorski; his stepsons, Jeremy Haag and Ryan Haag; and his siblings, Lenny Orlowski, Pauline Mott and Nancy Immitt. He is also survived by three beautiful grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the CJD Foundation, an organization that supports those affected by prion diseases.
