John F. Kizer Obituary
The passing of John F. Kizer of Greentown, Pennsylvania leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on June 10, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kizer and Alberta Heater Kizer; his siblings, Stanley Kizer and Barbara Santarserio; and his granddaughter Daisy Kizer.
He is survived by: his wife Lisa Kizer (Johnson); his children, Craig Kizer (Shannon Lewis), Jonathan Kizer (Kerry), Melissa Anderline (Jimmy) and Chrissy Kizer; his former wife Carol Kizer; his grandchildren, Dyllan, Taylor, Will, Karlee, Carson and Hannah; and his great grandchildren, Lukas and Beau. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Miller Bean Funeral Home (436 Cedar Ave, Scranton, PA 18505). A funeral service was held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Miller Bean Funeral Home Inc. (436 Cedar Ave, Scranton, PA 18505).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Pocono Wildlife Rehabilitation & Education Center.
