He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Small and Dorothy Small (McConnell); and his brother Larry Small. He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Small, Kathy Anderson (Joe), Kevin Small (Cindy) and Tommy Small Jr.. He is also survived by Two nephews; One niece; Also surviving a great nephew and four great nieces.
