She was predeceased by: her parents, William Tarcy and Margaret Tarcy (Mislai). She is survived by: her daughter Monica A. Rishel of Greenville, PA; her sisters, Bonnie Walters (Jim) of Washington State and Betty Tarcy of Sharon, PA; her nephew Adam Milliren of Sharon, PA; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Logan, Leah and Emilia.
